I am Shivanii Shahh, a passionate and dedicated Clinical Dietitian currently working as the Head of the Dietetics Department at Unique Hospital, Surat. I hold a Master’s degree in Food Science and Nutrition and have experience in clinical nutrition, therapeutic diet planning, nutritional assessment and personalized diet counselling. I believe in promoting a healthy lifestyle through balanced nutrition and practical and sustainable dietary habits. Beyond my clinical profession, I have a strong passion for cooking and developing innovative, healthy and nutritious recipes. I have also won several cooking competitions reflecting my creativity and love for food. My goal is to combine the science of nutrition with the art of cooking, making healthy eating simple, delicious and enjoyable for everyone.
