Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value transparency and fairness in all our offerings. Please read our cancellation and refund policy for Annual Healthcare Plans carefully before subscribing.

1. 7-Day Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your annual healthcare plan within 7 days of purchase and receive a full refund — provided that none of the services included in the plan have been availed. This includes, but is not limited to, doctor consultations, therapy sessions, lab tests, or any other health-related service offered under the plan.

  • If even one service has been availed, the plan becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable, even within the 7-day window.

2. Post 7 Days

  • After 7 days from the date of purchase, the plan is non-cancellable and non-refundable, irrespective of usage.

3. No Partial Refunds

  • Health Gennie does not offer partial refunds or pro-rated cancellations once any benefit is used or after the 7-day window has passed.

4. Exceptional Situations

While we aim to maintain consistency, in extreme and verifiable cases, we may review cancellation requests individually. These may include:

  • Death of the subscriber.

  • Systemic technical issues that prevent service delivery (must be validated by our team).
    Note: All such requests must be submitted with valid supporting documents.

5. Refund Timeline

  • For eligible cancellations, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

  • No refunds will be issued for ineligible cancellation requests.
