What's the opportunity?

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving
revenue growth for the Intercom Sales organization through effective pipeline generation. Our role is
to lay the foundation for Health Gennie Sales by engaging with prospects and customers, and helping them
understand the value of Health Gennie through creative & engaging prospecting.

What will I be doing?

  • Creating and prioritizing strategic target account lists.
  • Generating new business pipeline for Account Executives through cold calling, email, social etc.
  • Following up and creating value to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Providing a great experience for Intercom’s prospective customers.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to customers.
  • Demonstrating an ability to attract new customers.
  • Working with cross functional teams to improve business processes.
  • Engaging in team development and mentoring.

To embrace this journey, We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist in health care industry. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should possess strong critical thinking skills when formulating treatment plans and demonstrate proficiency in implementing specific strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Perform keyword research and implement best SEO practices
  • Optimize website content, meta-tags, internal linking, and loading speed
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement necessary improvements
  • Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies
  • Track and analyze website traffic and search rankings using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools
  • Generate monthly reports on performance and improvement areas

2. SMO (Social Media Optimization):

  • Develop and implement creative social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Design engaging content and coordinate with designers for visual creatives
  • Increase reach, engagement, and followers organically and through paid campaigns
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with audiences on all social media platforms
  • Run contests, polls, and other campaigns to increase brand visibility

3. Digital Marketing Management:

  • Handle paid ads campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms
  • Monitor ad performance and ensure ROI optimization
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and tech teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SEO, SMO, and overall digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Google tools (Analytics, Search Console, Ads, Tag Manager)
  • Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of digital marketing activities
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in healthcare or health tech industry is a plus
