What's the opportunity?

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving
revenue growth for the Intercom Sales organization through effective pipeline generation. Our role is
to lay the foundation for Health Gennie Sales by engaging with prospects and customers, and helping them
understand the value of Health Gennie through creative & engaging prospecting.

What will I be doing?

  • Creating and prioritizing strategic target account lists.
  • Generating new business pipeline for Account Executives through cold calling, email, social etc.
  • Following up and creating value to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Providing a great experience for Intercom’s prospective customers.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to customers.
  • Demonstrating an ability to attract new customers.
  • Working with cross functional teams to improve business processes.
  • Engaging in team development and mentoring.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to manage marketing initiatives that drive growth and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and working cross-functionally with different teams to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products, services, and brand presence.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital and offline marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and traditional marketing.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to drive informed marketing decisions.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content (blogs, social media posts, ads, etc.) and ensure it aligns with the company’s brand voice.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives and that materials are effective and on-brand.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to achieve campaign goals.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze results, and provide reports to senior management with actionable insights for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Digital Marketing: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Content & Creative Skills: Ability to create engaging content and manage creative processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and draw insights to improve marketing efforts.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
