My name is Shivanjli Chaturvedi. I am a counselling psychologist. With more than 2 years of experience of active listening on 7 cups and getting trained for crisis counseling along with counseling the age group 8- 37 years of age, I majorly use client centred approach in Counseling. On 7 cups, till now I have dealt with issues based on categories namely - Depression, Work stress, Anxiety, Family stress, Financial stress and social anxiety along with other issues.
